What forms of payment do you accept through the web site? What if I want to arrange a wire transfer or C.O.D. payment?

All major credit cards are gladly accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club and JCD. We do not currently accept Postal Money Order or C.O.D.

I'm overseas and want to order a product on your web site. Is that possible?

Yes, you can place international orders as usual through our normal check out page.

What shipping methods do you use? Can you ship top a P.O. Box?

We ship by the United States Postal Service (USPS). As such, we are able to ship to P.O. Boxes.

What is your return policy?

Do your products carry a warranty?

Yes, all our merchandise is new from the factory, and is covered by our 1 year manufacturer's warranty.

I forgot my login ID and/or password. How do I change it?

To change your login or password, click on the "Sign In" link in the upper left hand corner to go to the Customer Login page. Once on the Customer Login page, you can click on the "Forgot your password?" link to reset your login information.

Will my credit card information be safe? How about my personal information?

Can you re-route my package?

We do not re-route any packages once the package is in transit.

How long does it generally take to process an order?

It takes one to two business days for us to process an order (prior to shipping it). Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by your selected shipping method.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

First, verify that you've received a box for each tracking number associated with your order. If all boxes have been delivered but you're still missing an item, check the packing material for small items. Please contact us via our Contact Us page, if you're unable to locate an item.
